🌿 When God Says “Go”… But You’re Still Sitting There 🌿

By Marissa Kay | Valor & Virtue
Faith leads. Wisdom builds. Legacies last.

There’s a moment in every faith journey when God whispers, “It’s time.”
Not maybe.
Not someday.
Not when you feel ready.
Just… go.

And yet?
We hesitate.

We start questioning what we already heard with clarity:
👉 “What if I’m not qualified?”
👉 “What if I fail?”
👉 “What if I lose everything?”
👉 “What if people talk?”
👉 “What if… I actually succeed?”

Let me lovingly say this:
Your delay doesn’t cancel your calling.
But it can delay your breakthrough.

Sometimes the most spiritual thing you can do is get up and go.
Pack up the doubt.
Leave fear at the door.
Take one faithful step.
And trust that God will meet you on the move.

When He told Abraham to go, He didn’t even give the full address — just a promise:

“I will show you.” (Genesis 12:1)

God’s not asking for perfection.
He’s asking for your yes.
Not your polished plan.
Not your perfect record.
Just your obedience.

Whether it's starting the business, calling the client, listing the house, forgiving the hurt, or stepping away from what no longer aligns—when God says go, your only job is to move your feet.

There are blessings waiting on the other side of your yes.
Favor follows obedience.
Provision flows where there’s purpose.
Breakthrough begins when you break camp and move.

So if you’ve been praying for a sign… this is it.
Go.

God’s already gone before you.
He’s not just the Author of your story—He’s your Advocate, your Provider, your Defender, and your Way-Maker.

So walk.
Run if you’re ready.
Crawl if you have to.
But don’t stay stuck when Heaven is shouting, “It’s time.”

You’re not waiting on God.
He’s waiting on you.
